50450 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the 50450 platform. By registering or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 50450 platform available on our website and mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 50450 platform operator. Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 50450 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. All activity carried out through your account — whether or not with your knowledge — remains your responsibility until you report any unauthorised access to our support team.
Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 50450 support immediately.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 50450 platform agree to use this service for lawful and appropriate purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to breach, alter, or damage the platform's systems or data
- Creating an account using another person's identity or false information
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform
50450 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on 50450 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. Using another party's payment method without authorisation is a serious breach of these terms.
50450 supports a variety of local payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and internet banking transfers. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances defined by the platform's internal policies. 50450 reserves the right to suspend or block any transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of applicable law.

Any liability claims against 50450, if applicable, are limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 50450 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
The 50450 brand name and trademarks are protected. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
50450 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, use of unauthorised payment methods, or at the request of a legal authority. Where a suspension or closure is caused by a user's breach, 50450 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons not involving a breach are entitled to request a withdrawal of their remaining balance through official support channels.
Third-party links that may appear on the platform do not imply that 50450 endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
50450 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the 50450 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
